KORG Products!

It looks like our favorite synth manufacturing company has made three new products. The Volca Bass, Volca Beats, and Volca Keys. They all seem to be sequencers. They sound really good and they are at a really good price (I got to get my hands on one of these). Here are three videos demonstrating the synths and the official page.

I Hate it when I do this, but I Just Did...

Okay, for the people that still probably even look at my blog (only about 1 or 3), you may have realized some posts have been removed. These were posts irrelevant to music. I hate deleting my own stuff because it just makes me look like a p***y, but I did this because this blog was starting to be more about my personal life than about music. Instead of wasting time on here. I should have got a Twitter account (but that will never happen). I hope some of you will understand.

Old Tracks!

Awhile back, I used to be on ACIDplanet. I uploaded some songs. Do you want to know how they sounded like, well go here to download them. The file contains the old Obsidian Cube tracks (I was called Obsidian777 then) and profile images.

Happy listening,

David

Software commentary

Though I don't have the video editing software currently, but I have one thing in mind. A commentary on the Dr. Drum, Dub Turbo, and Sonic Producer commercials. These are god awful. I would like a video about them, but I can't yet.

Video Production

In the future, I am planning on making videos, they would be headphone and software reviews, commentaries on other products, and some other stuff. The problem is I don't have any good video editing software. There is Windows Movie Maker, but that is not adequate to my production needs. I am not sure which one would be the best.

Nightstep...

Today I learned about a new "genre." It is called Nightstep. Well f**k me sideways and call me Sally how many Dubstep and Nightcore genres are there going to be? They just keep on coming and coming. For those who do not know what it sounds like, here are some examples.

Nightstep - Earthquake

Nightstep - Ghouls

Nightstep - Warrior

Korg Monotron!

Today I have purchased a Korg Monotron, fun thing to mess around with. I will be recording some samples to share, but I am having issues recording them, so when the time comes, I will share some sounds. They will probably be released on Freesound. Here are two links, one is to my Freesound account and the other is to Monotron's home page.

Regards,

David
